Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We want to fill your orders, but sometimes it may be impossible or illegal. These restrictions may have to do with things like age, location, or lack of inventory. If we find ourselves unable to fill your order for any reason your credit card will not be charged and we will contact you to see if we can resolve the difficulty. This is one reason we request your personal contact information and we cannot fill your orders without it.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. If any price should change during order processing, you will either receive the lower order price, or you will be contacted for instructions. Availability changes constantly due to orders being shipped and inventory being prepared, so published availability indicates the probability that an item is available. It is not a guarantee. We also reserve the right to correct misprints or errors in listed prices or billing.

Returns

Handmade, natural products have some individual variations. We are proud of our products and we attempt to show these products as accurately as possible, however there are variations in both resolution and color representation of individual computer monitors. For these reasons we cannot guarantee that your monitor accurately reflects the color and texture of some items.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it to us with the receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Without the receipt or after 30 days email customer service and a representative will contact you discuss the matter. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed. If we made an error in your shipment, please email customer service immediately and a customer service representative will contact you to arrange to correct our mistake.

Shipping

Our store estimates your within-US shipping expense. Orders outside the United States may require special shipping arrangements. Please email customer service and a representative will contact you to make arrangements if the shipment is possible.

Privacy

Jane’s Rustic Ranch Soap will not sell to or share with anyone your personal or non-personal information. We will not send you unsolicited emails. Some non-personally identifiable information is collected by browsers to help improve your experience or to provide us with information about how well the site is working. Your personal information is collected in order to process your order. Because we work with Pro-store and Pay-pal, these companies also have access to your information, and you should be aware of their privacy and security policies. These policies are available at the sites listed below. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the privacy or security of any other website, even if our site contains a link to that site.

Security

Although our suppliers take reasonable precautions, like encryption and firewalls, to protect your information, you should assume that information on the internet is not secure. You are responsible to protect the confidentiality of your account information and access to your computer, and you agree to be responsible for the activity in your account.

Limitation of Liability

Jane’s Rustic Ranch Soap does not provide medical advice or information about food. The information provided about natural products is not regulated by the Food and Drug administration, and is provided for education purposes only. If you need medical treatment for a particular condition, you should consult your physician. To the full extent available under the law, Jane’s Rustic Ranch Soap limits its warranties with regard to use of its products to a refund of the purchase price of the product. Jane’s Rustic Ranch Soap limits its warranty for the use of this site or the information thereon to $100.
